Taiheiji has legal ownership of the plots and will manage the sales transaction directly with the purchaser(s). Final purchase amounts will be based on standard and/or discounted costs currently available at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. Taiheiji will confirm the purchase price and schedule the title transfer/conveyance proceedings with the park and purchaser(s). Transfer fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser(s), but may vary or be waived at the discretion of the memorial park.
